Appreciated a refrigerator, a sofa bed, and a seating area in the room. The workers were very, very nice. The stay was excellent and I would have extended the stay...
No complaints.

The room was big and fairly quiet and offered shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials. The price was £ 28. Its location in Palermo was the best and magnificent, just next door to train station. We saw Massimo Theater, that's a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

The location was incredible, right in the heart of the city, with everything conveniently nearby. The owner and his mom were so friendly and welcoming. The lounge area was the perfect spot to hang out. The room felt like a little home, with a modern bathroom and interesting decor. The balcony was a great place to relax. They even provided luggage storage for early check-ins and checkouts. The dryer and hair shampoo were a nice touch. The bathrooms were always clean. I loved the interior design, especially the curtains surrounding the beds for added privacy. The staff were so kind, making me feel right at home.

I was really excited to visit the Palatine Chapel during my trip to Palermo, and that's why I chose Ostello Exclusive Dependance For Everyone. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the shared lounge at the hotel. It had a TV, printer, and computer which were great amenities to have.
The place is falling apart.

I met a fascinating family in the shared lounge, which had a TV and a computer. The location was great, with cultural highlights nearby. They even had laundry facilities, because who wants to wear dirty clothes while traveling?
I loved how I had to pay in advance, forget about it, and then pay again for the same night. Such a clever trick!
